As a trusted partner in aerospace manufacturing, we produce components that meet the highest standards of excellence. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and help ensure our processes and products meet customer and industry requirements.

Responsibilities
- Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities: prepare documentation, track actions, and ensure decisions are recorded and implemented;
- Manage non-conformity reports (NCRs) and assist with follow-up actions involving internal teams and suppliers;
- Participate in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, including Key Piece Characteristics (KPCs);
- Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and assist in preparing quality concessions.
- Assist with internal and supplier audits to help ensure compliance with standards and processes;
- Maintain up-to-date quality records and documentation that meet customer and regulatory expectations;
- Contribute to quality improvement activities as part of your regular responsibilities.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in aerospace quality assurance — solid intermediate level, comfortable working independently on assigned tasks;
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline). A technical diploma with extensive relevant experience may also be considered;
- Understanding of metalwork manufacturing processes and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications;
- Proficient in applying AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards, handling PPAPs, and using customer portals;
- Strong problem-solving skills, team player, and effective communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams and suppliers;
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, ERP systems (Power BI is an asset);
- Bilingual (French / English)
