Senior Manager, Compensation
Job Description
As a Senior Manager in Compensation, you will be responsible for leading the compensation strategy and programs for the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Analyze market data to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement compensation programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on compensation-related issues.
- Lead compensation-related projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation or related HR field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP).
- Experience in a financial services environment.
