Job Description:

We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the security or related industries to expand our client base and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals in the security solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities across key verticals, including commercial properties, multi-tenant buildings, construction sites, and retail spaces.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, security integrators, and business owners.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with referral sources such as IT providers, security consultants, and property management firms.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the security or related industries to educate potential clients on the benefits of remote video monitoring.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the security space.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in the security, surveillance, or related industries (e.g., access control, alarm systems, IT security).
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand client pain points and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: Results-oriented and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with security systems, remote monitoring technology, and related services is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
