About the role
Full time Days team members to work in a positive working environment. We are looking for individuals who are able to multi-task at an efficient level to help contribute to a team driven environment. The ideal candidate will be able to follow and execute operational and health and safety standards with ease, have excellent communication skills and have a great communication skills. The day shift we are looking to early morning shifts 445am start time. We are located in West Brant beside McDonalds, please ensure our location works for you. THIS IS AN OPENING SHIFT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START AT 445AM. Please ensure you have transportation as buses do not run this early. This job is full time 40-44 hrs per week. It is not suitable for students currently enrolled in school or returning in September. This is not a part time position. You must be able to work full time PAST SEPTEMBER
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of projects, adhering to established timelines.
- Engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes to enhance workflow.
- Provide support in various operational activities as needed to meet team objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey information clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
