Responsibilities
- Staff management and supervision
- Inventory management
- Staff training
- Conduct monthly audits
- Generate and analyze store follow-up reports
- Manage cyclical accounts and their variances, elaborate reasons and problem situations
- Ensure compliance with current promotions
- Prepare branch orders
- Receive merchandise in store
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure product merchandising planning is properly followed.
Qualifications
- Retail experience
- Ability to manage staff
- Organizational skills.
- Leadership skills
- Polite and courteous
- Ability to assimilate a lot of information quickly
- Team player, dynamic and ambitious
- Good communicator
- Sense of initiative
- Computer literate, MS Office
