Key Responsibilities:

Team Coordination: Oversee and provide guidance to electrical teams and apprentices working on projects. Allocate resources effectively, assign tasks, and ensure the completion of electrical projects within set deadlines and quality standards.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to local, state, and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Master electricians prioritize safety protocols and take necessary precautions to minimize hazards in the workplace.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, building owners, contractors, and team members to understand project requirements, provide estimates, and deliver progress reports. Resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including project details, inspections, permits, and warranties. Generate reports and document any modifications, repairs, or upgrades performed on electrical systems.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
