Position Overview
The Medical Record Clerk acts as the department's receptionist. He responds to requests for the release of medical information (in person, by fax, telephone or e-mail) in close collaboration with the medical archivists.
The clerk is also responsible for MyChart access requests and MyChart support for users of the application.
The clerk is responsible for scanning documents and checking the quality of scans for the archives, as well as the monthly management of scanning carried out in the various HGH departments. The clerk participates in the monitoring of various applications, e.g. Right Fax, Pocket Health.
Temporary PART-TIME POSITION 0.5 FTE (37.5 per 2 weeks period)
Shifts: Weekdays

As a pre-condition of employment:
