We utilize current career development techniques to assist individuals with successful employment preparation, job placement, training on the job, workshops, and skill training programs. At MCG careers, we See Good Things in our staff and show it with programs that include staff wellness plans, education funds, 35-hour work weeks, Christmas bonus days, summer hours, long weekend early closures, bonus points program, and flex time for our 2-year staff. MCG Careers is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Calgary Career and Employment Centre as a Program Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management and/or related education
· Career Development Certificate or related post-secondary education
· Supervisory experience in employment services
· Frontline experience working with diverse client groups in a client-based industry
· Understanding of the local labour market
· Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
· Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
