About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and proactive Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this client- and partner-facing role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding vendor relationships, supporting client acquisition efforts, and helping grow our presence in the market. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment. Do you have experience in finance and leasing?

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through active prospecting, industry events, networking, and market research.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and maintain a high conversion rate.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Establish, manage, and grow long-term relationships with vendors and partners across various sectors.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new vendors: conduct needs assessments, coordinate documentation, and facilitate integration.
  • Provide partners with product training, leasing solutions, and sales enablement tools to support their growth.

Client Support & Leasing Coordination

  • Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency.
  • Work closely with internal departments—sales, administration, and service—to ensure smooth processing of leasing applications and customer requests.
  • Oversee all leasing documentation, approvals, and follow-up communications with accuracy and efficiency.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, partner interactions, and pipeline status using internal CRM systems.
  • Deliver regular reports and performance updates to sales leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in equipment leasing, financial services, or a related industry .
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in achieving goals and exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot).
