The National Outreach Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding our network of support, augmenting our fundraising initiatives and building strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Management & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan focusing on fundraising, partnerships, and sponsorship to support Nisa Foundation’s operation and growth.
- Lead outreach efforts to cultivate relationships, expand the donor base and engage with the community through events, campaigns, and other initiatives.
- Lead and inspire a team of Regional Managers, fostering a culture of proactive community engagement and development.
- Embed a culture that celebrates outcome-driven teams and individual ownership.
Donor Cultivation, Community Outreach and Fundraising Strategy:
- Innovate and oversee fundraising campaigns, aligning them with the foundation's goals and the needs of our beneficiaries.
- Manage the development and implementation of community outreach strategies.
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government entities, businesses, NGOs, and community groups, to broaden our impact and reach.
Partnership Development & Sponsorships:
- Foster long-term relationships with key partners and sponsors, ensuring mutual benefits and sustained support for our programs.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with our mission and enhance our resources.
Team and Volunteer Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage outreach staff and volunteers, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent Nisa Foundation effectively.
- Develop and implement volunteer engagement strategies to maximize community participation in our events and initiatives.
Administrative and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
- Regularly report on outreach and development progress, challenges, and opportunities to the leadership team.

Knowledge of fundraising software and data analysis tools.

Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Experience in nonprofit or philanthropic organizations preferred.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Canada.

Flexibility for travel and availability for evening and weekend events.
