We're seeking a fun, communicative and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager at Forward Media Marketing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing communication, delivering reports, and fostering strong relationships. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our clients' goals.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Communicate regularly to understand client objectives, address concerns, and provide updates on campaign performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.

Internal Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the internal team, including marketing specialists and account managers, to ensure alignment on client objectives and strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.

Reporting:

  • Host weekly virtual meetings with our clients, summarizing key performance metrics, campaign progress, and notable insights.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive monthly meeting reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for the upcoming month.

Client Success and Retention:

  • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to maximize client success and retention.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and optimizations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide insights to clients.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
