Merchandise Marketing Specialist

Full-Time Position - Regina, SK

Starting Wage:  $25/hr (negotiable depending on experience)

We’re seeking a Merchandise Marketing Specialist to keep our shelves looking sharp and our stock in tip-top shape!

You'll play an important role shaping how CAA's products are presented and promoted across multiple retail locations.

You'll work closely with our marketing team, and retail and warehouse staff to create promotional displays that are

engaging and consistent with our brand. From analyzing sales trends to setting up seasonal campaigns, you'll help

ensure each store feels welcoming for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data and trends to plan product mix, optimize inventory levels, and support

profitability.

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of inventory and promotional materials.

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with retail and warehouse teams to meet turnover and delivery

goals.

• Oversee the CAA Rewards Gift Card program, including purchasing and distribution.

• Manage online product listings and digital storefront in alignment with e-commerce strategy.

• Support the development and execution of CAA’s e-commerce and Rewards program initiatives.

• Collaborate with Marketing and retail teams on visual merchandising strategies and standards.

• Gather and relay member feedback to improve product offerings, displays, and the overall member

experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service or retail sales, especially in the

luggage, fashion or travel industries.

• Knowledge of merchandising best practices, consumer behaviour, inventory

control and retail display principles.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical stamina for lifting and organizing products.

• Limited travel is required.
