Baxter Landscape & Tree Services Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business & ensuring consistent lead generation, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products and services in the field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, learning, and a motivated, persistent attitude.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including door sales, outbound calling, reaching out to past clients, networking, and attending local events.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer accounts and track sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales is required.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Technical sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple accounts effectively.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
