About the role
As a Group service representative, you help build, serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients.You drive results by reviewing special requests and helping promote and sell products and services based on client needs and your unit’s business objectives and strategies.You help analyze member/client needs and develop and implement personalized solutions. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.You will be responsible for a dedicated territory and the related objectives. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Handle groups greater than 50 employees
- Support assigned clients in terms of managing and administrating group insurance plans
- Establish and maintain client relationships by identifying current tor potential needs and promoting client retention
- Advise various partners, stakeholders or clients with regards to the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction
- Analyze and respond to clients needs, process requests and ensure required follow ups
- Analyze and respond to clients with regards to products and solutions offered
- Collect, organize and analyze information when adding or modifying plans
- Present to clients and attend client meetings

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Intermediate experience handling large groups with 50+ members
- Intermediate experience with hospitals or public sector
- GBA/CEBS designation
- Knowledge of Group Insurance Benefits
- Knowledge of distribution network
- Must have a valid G driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Available for travel in Calgary and surrounding area
