Position Overview

Are you someone who shows up ready to work, eager to learn, and sees every day on-site as a stepping stone to a future in construction? We’re looking for a Site Labourer to join our busiest and most dynamic high-density construction sites. This is more than just a labour job—it’s an opportunity to build real skills, contribute to major residential projects, and grow your career in the world of multi-family construction.

We need someone reliable, safety-conscious, and curious about how great buildings come together from the ground up. If you take pride in consistency, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, this might be your perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Superintendent and team with day-to-day operations.
  • Keep the site clean, safe, and organized, following all safety protocols and contributing to a positive jobsite culture.
  • Help manage deliveries, site traffic, and homeowner access during active construction.
  • Pitch in with site clean-up, materials handling, and basic construction tasks as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining safety logs, daily reports, and other site documentation.
  • Be a team player—communicate clearly, help others where needed, and stay solution-focused when things shift on the fly.

Who You Are

  • Dependable – You show up, follow through, and can be counted on to do your part every day.
  • Curious & Motivated – You want to learn how high-density buildings are made, and you’re ready to grow from the ground up.
  • Safety-First – You take jobsite safety seriously—for yourself and the team.
  • Hands-On & Helpful – You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, and you’re always looking for ways to pitch in.
  • Adaptable Thinker – You can stay calm, adjust quickly, and solve problems in a busy environment without missing a beat.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of construction experience (high-density residential or commercial is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of construction practices, tools, and site safety.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to site.

For over 20 years, we've been creating thoughtfully planned communities built with wellness in mind. Communities where pathways, playgrounds, green spaces and local businesses bring neighbours together to enjoy life and make meaningful connections. Where home styles suit a variety of lifestyles, and where families of all backgrounds and life stages can plant roots and thrive.

Our focus on wellness is also why all Partners homes are certified Built Green® and constructed using environmentally friendly and sustainable materials that make them healthier, cleaner and more efficient. But that’s just the start. Our industry leading QuietWall™ system reduces sound transfer between townhomes by up to 23% more than even single-family homes. Our European-designed Molok waste, compost and recycling systems look better and reduce CO2 emissions. We also recycle all construction disposals to help protect the environment around us.

Why do we care so much? We are your neighbours. We live and work in the cities where we build, and we want families to enjoy them for generations to come. Think of us as your partner in wellness, building homes and communities that encourage healthy living and enhance family wellbeing. Because when we have space to relax, play, laugh, stay active and spend time with the people we care about most, we live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
