NOTE: This position is a 10-month position with a start date as per effective date of the school year to
accommodate 205 days. The first two weeks will result in hours to be determined based on the
administration. Effective September the hours of work will be determined to support the needs of Continuing
Education (equivalent to 2.10 hours per day, Monday to Friday – end time will be 6:30 pm)

Job Description:

Provides administrative support to the Head Administrative Assistant and/or administrators/management;

and contributes to the efficient operation of the office. Performs other related duties as assigned or as

required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma plus related administrative course work.

  • 1 – 2 years related experience.

  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of staff, students

and the public and to handle confidential information.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable to the Division.

Crestview Children's Centre Ltd has been offering quailty care to children in Bedford and surrounding areas since 2003. We offer full-day care for children 18month-5 years old, before and after school care, and full-day care when schools are closed for school-age children.
