Location: Montreal, Quebec, On-Site full-time. Valnet is on the lookout for a Junior Talent Acquisition Advisor to be an integral part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Source and interview candidates.
- Support hiring managers and fulfill talent requests.
- Proactively build talent and nurture pipelines for the technology and corporate teams.
- Conduct thorough research on new innovative ways to improve recruitment performance with an emphasis on new hire success.
- Publish roles on various job boards.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team.
- Take part in organizing events with the Culture team.
- Additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- 0-2 years as a talent acquisition advisor hiring for high-value roles.
- Bachelors in business administration, human resources management or related field.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with data analysis.
- Extremely detail and results oriented.
- Professional designation is considered an asset.
