*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing several building managers who are responsible for

maintaining property rentals, addressing tenant needs, and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction.

*Duties*

• Oversee all building managers in relation to their job of managing all aspects of their assigned properties

– Monitoring the handling of tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

• Conduct periodic property inspections and approving and signing of leases

• Coordinate with maintenance manager maintenance and repairs to all properties as needed

• Maintain accurate records of rental payments and expenses

• Utilize Yardi software for property management tasks

• Negotiate rental agreements and renewals for residential and Commercial properties

• Conduct regular property inspections

• Work with leasing agents to ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures *Qualifications*

• Proven experience in property management

• Strong administrative skills including data entry and file management

• Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software

• experience and knowledge of the residential tenancy act and tenancy hearings

• Excellent customer service and sales skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
