About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for new and current account growth, processing quotes and orders, and coordinating deliveries. In this role, you’ll be working closely with our customers, the Procurement team, as well as other members of the Customer Operations department. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our 100% growth rate from day 1 and you’ll be able to continuously share your ideas with us.

What You’ll Do / Ce que vous ferez:

  • Own and grow all aspects of customer health as well as quotes and order processes for your markets
  • Build and execute account growth strategies and maintain strong relationships with top accounts
  • Close, grow, and foster new customer accounts from the beginning of the sales cycle
  • Process quotes and orders, while ensuring the quality of the product, competitive pricing, and service levels are met and exceed customer expectations
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that specs are met, address/resolve any concerns or issues the customers have pre, mid, or post order
  • Travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and trade shows on a quarterly basis
  • May coordinate and optimize deliveries
  • Maintain a healthy supplier relationship with all our vendors
  • Handle any other related tasks not listed above

  • Traiter les devis et les commandes, tout en veillant à ce que la qualité du produit, la compétitivité des prix et les niveaux de service répondent et dépassent les attentes des clients.
  • Communiquer avec les clients pour s'assurer que les spécifications sont respectées, traiter/résoudre les préoccupations ou les problèmes des clients avant, pendant ou après la commande.
  • Se rendre aux États-Unis pour des réunions avec les clients et des salons professionnels tous les trimestres.
  • Coordonner et optimiser les livraisons.
  • Entretenir de bonnes relations avec tous nos fournisseurs.
  • Gérer toute autre tâche connexe non mentionnée ci-dessus.

What You’ll Need / Ce dont vous aurez besoin:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales
  • Operations or supply chain management experience, a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • College Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English and French, a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to help out team members
