About the role
We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for a leading insurance client. This role requires hands-on expertise in OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex, with a strong grasp of insurance operations, policy workflows, and customer engagement strategies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations that align with business goals and best-in-class development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures
- Translate insurance-specific business requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with architects, BAs, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reusable LWC components and Apex code adhering to Salesforce standards
- Lead code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and drive development best practices
- Troubleshoot issues across the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring performance and scalability
- Support ongoing enhancements, integrations, and CI/CD deployment processes
Technical Profile
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio, including FlexCards and OmniScripts
- Strong experience in LWC, Apex programming, and declarative Salesforce tools
- Proficiency in integrating with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery frameworks
- Understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security best practices
Functional Profile
- Deep understanding of insurance business processes: policy lifecycle, claims handling, underwriting, and service management
- Skilled in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
- Ability to interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams while contributing to strategic solution planning

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31.14/hour - $48.66/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
