What you will do
- Lead client-facing end-to-end planning and implementation of UKG Pro WFM projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
- Develop project plans and schedules, and track project milestones and deliverables
- Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation efforts
- Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
What you bring to the role
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required or related field preferred
- Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the WFM space
- Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
- Must be authorized to work in the Canada without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- We are looking for professionals currently holding UKG certifications
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $128,000 to $179,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
