About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our client's dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide vital support to lawyers in the corporate law practice group, assisting with entity formation, minute book maintenance, due diligence, corporate filings, and transaction closings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate records and update minute books
- Support lawyers with M&A and corporate restructuring transactions
- Conduct due diligence and prepare closing agendas and checklists
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
- Draft routine correspondence and legal documents

Qualifications
- Paralegal diploma or certification
- Minimum 3+ years of corporate law experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate records and filings
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bilingual (English/French)
