Calling all social media and content super-stars. We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to build engaged and passionate communities through best-in-class strategic and creative social media marketing. Candidates must be know how to creatively share stories through content, be able to spark conversations online, and be passionate about social media. 3-5 years experience in an agency or in-house role is required.

What You'll Do: As a Social Media Manager, you'll ideate and execute innovative social media strategies - creating click-worthy content, managing social channels, and running out-of-the-box digital campaigns. Collaboration is key, so get ready to work with amazing clients, our incredible team, and smart external partners to make magic happen! In addition to our clients, you will also work across Faulhaber's owned social channels. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills are a must.
You Are
- A passionate storytelling who understands the power of visual content paired with smart captions to bring a brand to life through social media
- A content pro - you can do graphic design, snap images, whip up a trending reel and write captions that engage
- Detail-oriented, organized and capable of managing multiple projects with finesse
- Analytical minded – you understand how to leverage data to optimize campaigns
- Polished and able to manage a variety of stakeholders from internal team to clients, to external agencies
- Collaborative and supportive – you understand the power in a team that works well together

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing social media and content development in an agency or in-house role
- Experience managing social media content calendar creation and community management across a variety of social platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Youtube
- Proven ability to manage and grow online communities
- Able to to monitor, analyze and translate data into content strategy and direction
- Expert grammar and copywriting skills
Responsibilities
Client Management
- Manage client social media channels and campaigns
- Ideate, create and manage engaging social media content (visual assets and copy) for a variety of social media platforms and digital
- Manage and improve social media audiences by leveraging data to make informed strategic pivots including creative recommendations, copy and posting cadence
- Reporting across social media dashboards leveraging a variety of monitoring and posting tools
- Ensure best social and brand standards are executed at all times, across all social channels
- Leverage paid and organic tactics to drive an engaged and committed audience
Agency Support
- Support Faulhaber's internal social channels
- Produce social media and digital audits as part of new business development
- Support agency digital marketing through a variety of tactics including organic and paid
Salary Band: $65,000 – $75,000 + part of all agency bonus
