About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Project & Customer Success Coordinator to support our executive team of CEO, CTO, and VP of Product-in keeping priorities aligned, initiatives on track, and communication clear across the organization. In addition to coordinating internal operations, this role will also manage and enhance our customer relationships, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients.This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic coordination with hands-on customer engagement, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at keeping people and projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO, CTO, and VP of Product with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities across leadership.
  • Track key action items and ensure deadlines are met.

Project & Operations Support

  • Help manage internal projects, workflows, and communications between departments.
  • Organize and maintain internal documentation, tools, and task-tracking systems.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively surface updates or risks.

Customer Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and customers for high-touch communications.
  • Support client onboarding, feedback loops, and follow-ups on deliverables.
  • Help resolve customer issues by collaborating with product and technical teams.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a similar role (Project Coordinator, EA, Customer Success, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and stakeholders
  • Experience working directly with executive teams or cross-functional leadership
  • Highly organized and tech-savvy (familiarity with tools like Confluence, Pipedrive, Slack, or similar)
  • Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
  • Professional, resourceful, and calm under pressure

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms
  • Project management certification or training (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
