Nurse Practitioner – Campbell River Primary Care Access Clinic (Campbell River PCN) 300-0947
This clinic is a stabilization service for patients in the Campbell River community and surrounding area and offers same day episodic appointments. Starting in November 2024, the Island Health Campbell River Primary Care Access Clinic will expand to four exam rooms, an increase from the current two. The clinic will also offer extended hours when the renovation is complete providing opportunities for patient appointments from 8:30 am – 7:30pm Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Island Health is actively recruiting more providers to offer this important primary care service.
This clinic offers flexibility, competitive provider service contracts, a team-base care model and the opportunity to be part of a vital primary care service in the Campbell River community.
Since the spring, the clinic located at 381 2nd Avenue adjacent to the North Island Hospital - Campbell River, has been offering same day in-person patient appointments Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. This clinic is staffed with MOAs, nurses and providers working in a collaborative care approach.
No overhead.
