About the Role:
This position plays a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing financial performance across both retail and wholesale operations . You’ll be expected to work overtime when needed to meet critical deadlines—particularly during budget preparation and quarterly reforecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and report monthly financial results, highlighting key insights for senior leadership.
- Evaluate sales, margins, operating costs, and inventory performance across multiple channels.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts —including working extended hours to meet tight deadlines.
- Conduct cash flow, profitability, and capital expenditure analyses.
- Build financial models to support growth initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, mitigate risks, and spot growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent designation preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience in the retail and/or wholesale sectors.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
