What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
• Present, promote, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles with confidence and product expertise
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required)
• Strong knowledge or passion for vehicles and their features
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality
• Familiarity with dealership software systems (e.g., PBS, Dealersocket) is a strong asset
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
