About the role

Bradford Jacobs is assisting an AI drone solutions company, helping business customers improve mission-critical business operations. Since 2017, the company has leveraged software development expertise and grown drone design and manufacturing capabilities.

We’re on the hunt for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to take charge of our international hiring and HR operations spanning North America, Europe, and South America. Based in Toronto, you’ll be the driving force behind recruitment, compliance, and people strategy across borders.

You’ll partner with external recruiters, oversee global HR policies, and work closely with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience. What You’ll Own:

  • Lead international recruitment efforts — from working with agencies to refining internal pipelines.
  • Own job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding — and keep top talent engaged long-term.
  • Oversee global PTO, WFH, and time-off policies in sync with local regulations.
  • Resolve employee concerns and build positive relationships with team members worldwide.
  • Be our point person with global PEOs — from onboarding to compliance.
  • Ensure HR processes meet legal standards across multiple regions.
  • Manage time tracking, remote work logs, and leave and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Maintain HR records and play a key role in workforce planning and reporting.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in HR with global or multi-region experience
  • Strong command of labor laws in Canada, US, Europe, and LATAM
  • Expertise with global PEOs (Deel, Papaya, Oyster, etc.)
  • A knack for building relationships and solving problems
  • Proficiency in HR tools like BambooHR, ADP, etc.
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • Ability to manage across time zones and work independently
