Promotions
-
Manage the distribution and implementation of promotional materials in support of marketing programs.
-
Maximize sales opportunities by increasing average spend and spend per customer (pax) through effective use of local marketing tools.
-
Contribute to the overall success and effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
Visual Merchandising
-
Oversee all visual merchandising displays and activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
-
Coordinate with YVR partners to plan and execute local activations and initiatives that enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Implementation
-
Collaborate closely with the Division Marketing team and local Store Managers to ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

Ensure all marketing calendar campaigns are executed locally in a seamless and impactful manner.
-
Supervise the execution of promotional activities, including signage, in-store displays, and brand standards compliance.
Reporting
-
Compile and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
-
Deliver regular feedback and performance reports to the Division Core Marketing Manager and General Manager.
General Responsibilities
- Perform all other duties as assigned by business leadership, within the scope of the role and capabilities.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
-
1–2 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives
-
Strong visual merchandising skills, with an eye for brand presentation and display standards
-
Demonstrated analytical ability to compile and interpret data to evaluate marketing performance
-
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Desirable:
-
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
