HelloFresh is seeking a growth-minded and highly-organized Offline Marketing Senior Specialist to join the Canadian Growth Marketing team. The Offline Marketing Senior Specialist will play a key role in driving customer acquisition for HelloFresh Canada brands. With strong expertise in project management, the Offline Marketing Senior Specialist will lead campaign execution across our Direct Mail Channel, will assist with automation tasks and special projects. This position drives customer growth through current channel optimization and new channel innovation, and leverages data and reporting to provide new insights. This position will proactively search out process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to make the channel run more efficiently.
Reporting to the Director, Growth, you will join a Toronto-based growth marketing team that is talented and driven. With a product that excites consumers and a market-leading position, HelloFresh is primed to be the number one meal kit and food partner for businesses. - Be responsible for managing the error free execution of direct mail campaigns for HelloFresh Canada, Chefs Plate and Factor Canada. You will execute on these programs with accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail by planning work back schedules, managing deadlines and identifying and managing future potential roadblocks.
- Execute monthly direct mail audience targeting by working with large Canada Post and internal data sets via Excel.
- Own the relationship with external vendors and partners to execute Direct Mail campaigns. You will be the primary contact for these partners including and not limited to our print and mail delivery partners.
- Manage the creative pipeline with the Brand Team (approval of design, copy and landing pages).
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data reporting and analyzing insights. It is expected that you are knowledgeable about the campaigns in the testing pipeline and are aware of campaign and monthly performance at any given time.
- Manage critical operations including voucher creation, campaign setup, invoicing and cost reporting.
- Responsible for the month end finance process including but not limited to the approval of invoices and variance analysis.
- Project manage ad hoc marketing campaigns in Direct Mail and other growth channels: developing strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to drive customer growth in specific audience segments and geographic regions.
- Develop strategy for the testing pipeline for discounting, creative, format and audiences as well as any other levers that will contribute to the success of your channels.
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization as well as challenges and provide recommendations for solutions that improve core KPIs.
- All other duties, as assigned

- 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing (or in a related/relevant field)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required
- Organized and detail oriented
- A strong critical quantitative thinker
- Skilled in project management and operations
- Experienced in executing digital or print marketing campaigns
- Have an interest in improving processes and scaling activity
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Energized by helping to solve problems and breaking down barriers
- Experienced with working with multiple stakeholders with limited supervision
- Entrepreneurial and fast moving with the ability to pivot when faced with a challenge
- Bilingual (French) is a plus
