We cover topics such as Project Management, Cybersecurity, Web Designing, Wastewater Treatment, and Water Resource, along with TOEFL and IELTS preparation courses.

Position Overview

We are hiring an instructor who will be responsible for delivering content across multiple subject areas (e.g., Business Communication, Computer Applications, Cybersecurity Capstone, Career Management, Digital Forensics, Security Architecture & Design, CISSP Prep). This is ideal for a well-rounded candidate with experience across both tech and soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction across all cybersecurity program courses, including but not limited to: Business Communication, Computer Applications, Cybersecurity Capstone, Career Management, Digital Forensics, Security Architecture & Design, CISSP Prep
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments in alignment with industry standards and academic requirements.
• Provide hands-on lab instruction using current tools and technologies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student success.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Advise and mentor students on academic and career pathways.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional initiatives.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Multi-disciplinary teaching or training experience (minimum 2 years)
• Two reference letters sent directly from the previous employer/school

Preferred:

• Master’s or PhD degree in a related field
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
• Strong communication and tech-savviness for remote teaching
• Experience in career coaching, job placement support, or digital portfolio mentoring is a plus
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
