JOIN US As The Engineering Supervisor - Digital Performance Solutions, you will lead a team of technical experts delivering cutting-edge solutions in industrial networking, data science, remote condition monitoring, and process optimization. Your role is to ensure client needs are understood and met, resources are effectively allocated, and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
You’ll play a key role in supporting and developing your team. You’ll coach individuals through their technical and professional growth, oversee onboarding and integration, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment where continuous learning and innovation are part of the daily culture.
You’ll drive operational excellence, support business development, and ensure your team succeeds while helping our clients thrive.
What You Bring To The Table Operational Leadership
- Supervise and coordinate the technical team’s daily work.
- Track timelines and deliverables to ensure project success.
- Forecast resource needs and plan capacity accordingly.
- Manage scheduling, including absences and time off, to maintain service levels.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
- Oversee work done on-site and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
Client Service & Collaboration
- Understand client needs and ensure full satisfaction with delivered services.
- Partner with project managers and clients to align service delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support and promote technical service offerings.
Team Development
- Track and support individual development plans aligned with current and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure proper onboarding, training, and mentorship for new hires.
- Actively contribute to recruitment and selection alongside the Talent Acquisition team.
Administration
- Oversee time tracking, expenses, and vacation planning.
- Handle day-to-day administrative follow-up and reporting.
Experience ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ years in a similar supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing technical teams and project deliverables.
- Familiarity with project financials, resource planning, and client service.
- Background in technical environments or sales-support roles.
Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Effective leadership, autonomy, and team spirit.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, technical settings.
- Excellent communication skills in French (required); English is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
Tools & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Dimploma in Engineering Technology or similar field (asset).
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Technical background in automation, industrial software, or process control (asset).
