Position****Expectations
The Inclusive Education Teacher will:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with exceptionalities
- Work closely with classroom teachers, educational assistants, and parents to support diverse learners
- Use evidence-based strategies to provide direct support and differentiated instruction
- Foster a nurturing and respectful environment that reflects Christian values
- Maintain open, ongoing communication with staff and families
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold (or be eligible for) BC teacher certification, with specialization or training in special education.
