Remote Camp-Based Projects – Multiple Shifts Available

Wage: $30–$40 per hour + Benefits & RRSP Matching

Join a high-performing team in the energy sector! WSG Energy Services is currently looking for motivated and reliable Fluid Management Laborers to support our field operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a physically demanding environment and enjoy working in a team-focused, safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of fluid management systems
• Operate pumps, hoses, tanks, containment, and solids control equipment
• Monitor tank levels, flow rates, and pressures to prevent overflows or spills
• Support the safe transfer and disposal of oil, water, and solids
• Perform physical labor in all weather conditions and remote locations
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, following all safety procedures

Qualifications:

• A great attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (abstract may be requested)
• Safety certifications such as CSO, H2S Alive, and First Aid are strong assets
• Willingness to work remote shifts and put in the effort required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotational schedule (days/nights)
