Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of construction project delivery: budgeting, scheduling, quality control, field coordination, and subcontractor management.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines, safety standards, and client expectations are met.
- Leading project meetings and reporting progress updates to key stakeholders.
- Creating and managing project schedules using tools like Microsoft Projects.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining site documentation.
- Resolving issues proactively and facilitating effective on-site decision-making.
Requirements:
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing commercial or light-industrial projects exceeding $5 million.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and safety oversight experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
- PMP certification (or equivalent) would be a strong asset.
- Strong written communication and document management skills.
