Accounts Receivable Specialist
📍 Location:
Ville Saint-Laurent
🕒 Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week (Hybrid – 4 days in-office)
💰 Salary:
$50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
Our client, a well-established company in the aviation industry, is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team in Ville Saint-Laurent.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing collections for assigned client accounts
- Ensuring timely payments and adherence to credit terms
- Communicating with clients via phone and email to resolve outstanding issues
- Preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly AR reports
- Reviewing aging reports and assisting with bad debt provisions
- Opening and maintaining accurate customer accounts in the system
The ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or credit & collections
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bilingualism (English & French, spoken and written)
- A reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
