Assist the Site Supervisor in building homes by maintaining clean and safe access to sites, ensuring that the next trades are able to do their work and completing Pre-Occupancy items

Job Duties
¨ Each time you are near a site, ensure that the job signs are located in the correct place, are visible, and in good condition
¨ Ensure that each and every job has always have clean and safe access to the home
¨ Ensure that each job is secured at the end of the day
¨ All jobs to receive a lock out one framing is complete – Site Assistant is to follow the checklists provided by their Supervisor, including shimming doors and placing basement windows
¨ All jobs are to be pre-inspected and touched up prior to Admin, HDR1 and HDR2
¨ Offer suggestions for improvement in product, procedures or other areas of the operation
¨ Deal with all trades, customers and individuals with courtesy and respect
¨ Notify Site Supervisor of any issues which arise ie) trades/purchasers asking questions
¨ Always speak positively about Coventry Homes and all staff members
¨ Enforce an/or notify the Site Supervisor of any safety concerns as they arise and document them in your log book
¨ Be respectful of other builders and their staff members

General knowledge of new home building practices
Own tools – list available
Reliable vehicle with a valid drivers’ license and proof of insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
