As a Customer Service Representative in the Sales Department, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth. Your core skills in communication, phone etiquette, and customer service will enable you to effectively assist clients and address their needs. With a focus on data entry and time management, you will maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses. Please noted that this position will work half day on Sundays.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and transactions accurately to support the company’s sales objectives.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and to follow up on pending sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures, and with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Follow up on daily deliveries and handle related customer inquiries.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Post-secondary education
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience is an asset
  • High levels of integrity and commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • Self-motivated with a positive and friendly attitude
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to speak an additional language is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
