About the role
Position:
We are seeking a poised and experienced professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role that balances front-line reception duties with comprehensive office administration. This position requires a polished communicator with a strong background in administrative support, keen attention to detail, and the ability to represent our organization with confidence and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining a warm, professional front desk presence
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including document preparation, data entry, and file management
- Coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and support departmental needs with accuracy and efficiency
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and record keeping
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless office operations
Hours of Work:
This position is full time, 75 hours biweekly.
Qualifications:
- Office Administration diploma/certificate from a recognized institution is required
- Proven experience in both reception and administrative support roles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with office software and systems
- Ability to follow oral or written instructions and to work quickly and efficiently under time guidelines.
- Ability to communicate well with residents, families and staff in person, by phone and electronically as necessary.
- Clear criminal records screening including vulnerable sector check
- Medical certificate including immunization history and evidence of TB testing
