En tant que Styliste, vous serez l’ambassadeur(rice) de Silk Laundry, offrant des conseils personnalisés en matière de style, stimulant les ventes et veillant à ce que chaque client se sente valorisé à chaque étape de son parcours. Vos missions :

  • Offrir des expériences de style personnalisées et établir des relations sincères et fidèles avec les clients.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente et contribuer au succès du magasin grâce à une approche centrée sur le client.
  • Participer au bon fonctionnement de la boutique en maintenant les standards élevés de Silk Laundry.
  • Soutenir le développement de l’équipe et favoriser un environnement collaboratif.

Ce que vous apportez :

  • Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans la relation client dans le secteur du luxe ou de l’hôtellerie.
  • Une véritable passion pour la mode, d’excellentes compétences en communication et un engagement à fournir un service haut de gamme.
  • Un esprit d’équipe et une capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et rythmé.

Your responsibilities:
