About the role

Dorigo Systems Ltd. is seeking a results driven and strategic Sales Representative to lead growth initiatives through proactive relationship-building, strategic negotiations, and securing long-term business agreements. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across new and existing high-potential customers, managing the full business development cycle, and playing a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s market presence and profitability.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing business opportunities with new and existing customers in targeted markets.
  • Lead strategic negotiations and bring business discussions to successful closure by securing mutually beneficial agreements that align with long-term partnership goals.
  • Manage the complete business development lifecycle, from initial outreach and opportunity identification to contract execution and relationship expansion.
  • Design and implement strategic business development plans that support the organization’s growth objectives across defined market segments and regions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, actively managing opportunities through various stages to maximize win rates and drive momentum towards successful deal completion.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets within assigned territories or industry verticals.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with channel partners and sales representatives to extend market reach and deliver solutions designed for long-term growth.
  • Coordinate and lead RFP/RFQ response, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and timely delivery of compelling, competitive proposals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to key accounts, understanding their industry, business drivers, and challenges to tailor impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Leverage CRM systems to capture opportunity data, maintain account activity, generate forecasts, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and develop quarterly account plans to identify opportunities, address issues, and drive long-term growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs, providing actionable intelligence to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and pricing strategies, articulating value propositions and guiding commercial decision-making in support of growth goals.
  • Frequent travel will be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 30%)

Qualifications

  • BA or BS, Engineering preferred
  • 5+ years' sales experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic account management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or similar industry demonstrating successfully exceeding quota with revenue responsibilities
  • Proven success in leading complex negotiations and finalizing commercial agreements with enterprise-level customers.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian and Western United States Electronics industry
  • In depth understanding of contract manufacturing, procurement cycles, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and standard business tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support client engagement and business growth.

Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000 + Commission
