On of our customers is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to play a key role in designing and delivering impactful solutions that streamline customer service operations. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across onboarding, payments, claims, underwriting, and customer management to optimize workflows and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
You’ll be responsible for eliciting and translating complex business requirements into actionable ServiceNow configurations, with a strong focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. Your work will shape how the organization delivers seamless and responsive service experiences to its clients. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead workshops, define service desk processes, build user stories, and contribute to strategic transformation initiatives.
