We’re Hiring: Administrative Operations Specialist
Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia | Onsite

✨ What You'll Do:
- Provide executive-level administrative support and coordinate internal communications.
- Manage office assets, travel bookings, and expense reconciliation.
- Support employee onboarding, IT coordination, and facilities maintenance.
- Own building access, vendor relationships, and ensure a clean, safe workspace.
- Track and resolve customer complaints; support document control and internal audits.
- Help manage sales order entry and support quality assurance initiatives.
- Plan and support team culture events and engagement activities.
You Bring:
- 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting leadership or technical teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills—you keep things moving.
- Sharp attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially SharePoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditing (nice to have).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration—or equivalent experience.
