As a Product Adoption Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers fully leverage Prophix post-implementation. Reporting to a Manager, Product Adoption within the Customer Success Team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to guide customers through best practices, training, troubleshooting, and adoption strategies. Your goal will be to foster strong relationships, ensure sustained product use, and align Prophix with customers’ evolving business needs.
What You Will Do
- Client Onboarding & Implementation: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup, configuration, and integration of the product into their workflow or business operations.
- Product Training & Education: Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate clients on product features, best practices, and how to maximize value. Develop training materials and resources to aid clients in self-service learning.
- Adoption Strategy Development: Work with clients to develop and execute adoption strategies that align with their business objectives. This may include client management, solution design for new business needs, performance testing, and solution testing.
- Proactive Engagement: Identify potential issues and proactively address them to ensure clients are utilizing the product effectively. Conduct regular check-ins and health checks to monitor product usage and resolve any challenges
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for the client and align the adoption process with broader business strategies.
What You Will Bring To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience
- Possess strong business and entrepreneurial skills
- Have superior communication and presentation skills
- Manage multiple clients or projects concurrently
- Confident working in a fast paced, customer focused environment with many competing priorities
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Confidence and ability to interface professionally across all levels of the organization.
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Computing, Business or Finance/Accounting
- Academic or practical knowledge of accounting and/or Financial concepts (i.e. planning, budgeting, forecasting, or consolidation)
- Software implementation experience
- Experience in Corporate Performance Management space
- Proven working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Window Server
- Experience with remote assistance technology considered an asset
