Digital Printing Specialist and Customer Service Rep
Location: Woodbridge/Vaughan, Ontario
Are you passionate about digital printing?
We are a custom Printing and Production company committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for an experienced Digital Printing Operator & Customer Service Rep. to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee digital printing orders.

Handling PDF files to ensure they are prepress-ready
-
Handle overall customers’ order management.
-
Monitor and manage workflow and daily production prioritizations.
-
Order Entry into the software system.
-
Provide customers with regular updates on their order and delivery status.

Coordinate shipping, packaging, and daily delivery updates to customers.
-
Liaise with suppliers for incoming deliveries and issue purchase orders as needed.

Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations as needed.
Requirements:
-
Experience in the Print Industry is MUST.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of various paper types (Grains and GSM)
-
Experience working with digital printers and production.
-
Strong background in customer service and order management is preferred
-
Experience with offset printing and print finishing is a plus.
