As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients during the overnight shift. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about products and services.
- Handling transactions and ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet store goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work overnight shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
