Are you a passionate sales professional with vast experience in the security industry? Secure Force Security is a leading security guard company based in the Greater Toronto Area, providing trusted and professional security guard services to some of the biggest names in retail, commercial, and residential sectors. Our clients include Shoppers Drug Mart, Sephora, Canadian Tire, and some condo developments.
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us expand by securing new contracts, building strong relationships, and delivering value-driven security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients in retail, residential, and commercial sectors
- Conduct professional threat assessments and on-site security evaluations
- Educate clients on how our tailored security services can meet their specific needs
- Generate leads via calls, emails, in-person visits, and strategic networking
- Follow up regularly to nurture leads and close deals
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- You will be on-site Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the security industry
- Strong knowledge of industry practices and client security challenges
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and client management skills
- Must be self-driven, adaptable, and organized
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: $2,500–$4,000/month (based on experience)
- Performance Commission: Additional earnings per contract closed
(Our top performer earned $3,000/month in bonuses)
