Hours of Work: Variety, including days, evenings, and weekends
Start Date: September 1, 2025
Number of Positions Available: up to 5
Length of Appointment: December 31, 2025 with possibility of extension

Duties:
- Assist visitors entering Healthy Living Centre
- Assist in set up and take down of events held within the facility
- Present a positive, welcoming environment for guests
- Issue memberships, Bobcat game tickets, merchandise and issue receipts as needed to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an overall positive experience
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience:

Preference given to Brandon University students

Must have initiative and ability to work independently

Flexibility to work in constantly changing environment

Prioritize workloads and tasks

Previous experience in customer service, retail, handling money

Ability to follow written and verbal procedures with close supervision

Must be able to work shift work and weekends during the year

Note: This position is subject to a Child Abuse Registry Check and a Criminal Record Check. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. Work shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 6:00am and 11:00pm.

The positions below are offered in whole and represent the staff’s set schedule at the desk and during game nights from September 1 – December 31. Additional shifts will be requested monthly for ongoing events.
PSAC Shift 1 – Tuesday/Thursday (6h/week)
5:45 AM – 8:45 AM
Bobcat Games:
- Friday, October 24
- Friday, October 31
- Saturday, November 15
PSAC Shift 2 – Friday/Saturday (10.25h/week)
Fridays: 9:45 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturdays: 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM
Bobcat Games:
- Friday, October 24 (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM only)
- Friday, November 14 (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM only)
- Friday, November 21 (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM only)
