About the Role
The Human Resources Associate is part of the HR Research People Team and plays a key role in providing HR services to faculty, staff and research employees across the University. The Human Resources Associate creates and/or maintains all electronic and paper employment records for union and non-union groups. The role is responsible for providing general support on the full employment life cycle by processing research employee's records and responding to faculty and staff inquiries. This position is responsible for performing confidential clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties supporting employment, labor relations, external relations, and governance activities for the University.
The ideal candidate will have personal awareness and is a supportive team member. They enjoy customer service and are able to prioritize in a high-volume work environment. They embrace change while being possibility minded and solution focused. Finally, the ideal candidate can focus on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
