Overview
The Family Enhancement Centre is a trusted, client-centered counselling agency committed to delivering high-quality mental health services across Canada. We are seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our clinical operations, support our team of therapists, and ensure best practices in mental health service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight to clinical staff, including Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists
- Supervise and support Clinical Supervisors, ensuring alignment with professional standards and agency values
- Manage and monitor clinical workflows, caseload distribution, and service delivery targets
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and legislative standards (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO, OCN,)
- Collaborate with administrative and leadership teams on program development and strategic planning
- Oversee and improve quality assurance processes, including case audits and outcome tracking
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment through regular clinical meetings and staff engagement
- Respond to client escalations, critical incidents, and risk management situations
- Represent the agency in relevant networks, partnerships, and community initiatives
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a related field
- Registration in good standing with a recognized Ontario regulatory college (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven experience in clinical supervision, service planning, and team management
- Strong knowledge of ethical, legal, and professional standards in Ontario’s mental health sector
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Training in trauma-informed care and therapy models is an asset
